I just had an amazing experience with Mark at Swap Shop. I'm in Southern California and I found a vintage wood floor sander online. Shipping to Cali wasn't something that they typically offer so I handled the shipping arrangements with FedEx. Mark could have very easily just passed on the whole transaction but instead he was completely accommodating, and whoever did the packing did an amazing job safely packing my item. When it arrived it actually looked a lot nicer in person than it did in the pics. Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier!!!
