I purchased a Groupon for this salon. In trying to make an appointment I discover they have somewhat limited hours, which means I will need to arrange child care just to get my hair cut. I try to schedule and keep getting either no answer at all or it goes straight to voicemail. I leave a message and two weeks later still no call back. Try to call again, got out through to voicemail again. Contacted Groupon for a refund - it shouldn't be that hard to schedule a haircut!
