This company is extremely unprofessional. They came out to diagnose my HVAC system thru the Home Warranty and they misdiagnosed the issue completely. My HVAC system was not heating the time and they said it was a TXV valve issue because the Freon charge was low. They did not and I asked to look for a leak, but the technician was stubborn it was the TxV valve that needed replacement and then charge 13 pounds of Freon at $65 per pound. I am glad I got a second opinion and a third opinion. Both other companies agreed the TXV valve was working and there was a leak. It was confirmed I have an evaporator coil leak and needs to be replaced. I received a call from this company because the claim was assigned to them again and of course I declined. However when speaking to the lady again, she still said I was wrong and that I just wanted to get something out of the warranty company. You are absolutely wrong lady, the warranty sent another vendor and they confirmed the leak in the evaporator coil. It is being replaced. Terrible customer service and terrible technicians. I would not trust them with my home or anyones home. Theyre out to protect the warranty company and thats it.
