the convenience of this location is perfect for me. although, appointment is better ,if you don't want to wait long, since the phleb said its always busy. i wonder why they don't add phlebotomists so it will catch up with the demand, and they can have better rating. but who needs it, they are the only once in town who monopolizes blood extraction stations/lab works... our option is probably two to none.
