I was in this Rexall the other day and left again feeling annoyed at the lack of customer service. While I was looking for an item in one of the aisles, there were about 5 employees restocking shelves. Boxes were everywhere, you had to walk over them. Boxes were also piled up in front of the shelves where I was wanting to look. Not one of the employees acknowledged my existence and asked if I needed help. I was obviously looking for something, as I was walking back and forth, and in and around the boxes. I realize I could've asked for help. But I'm getting so tired of the shabby customer service that I keep witnessing in stores now. Customers should never be ignored like this. These employees spoke only to each other and in their own language. This is so maddening and unprofessional. Smile and say hello to your customers. Ask if they need help if it look like they're looking for something. Don't ignore them and only talk to one another in your own language. This is very poor customer service.
