First of all, I have to say that we were very excited to see Eddie. We have been a fan of his acting for a long time and thought that he'd be genius on stage. The opening act was very good. He had a nice variety of jokes and didn't pick on any one group of people for too long. If I could, I'd give him 4 or 5 stars. On the other hand, Eddie was angry and mean spirited with his humor. I'm not easily offended but after 30 minutes of berating white people it was no longer funny. The jokes weren't even original. It seemed as if Eddie was just an angry man using his microphone to preach about all of the stereotypical things he hates about white people. Btw, the crowd was probably 30% white. Good comedians have a balance when they choose to make fun of other races. It's funny! We get it! But this just seemed to be born of personal dislikes because of how long it went on. I don't understand why he chooses to insult and alienate people who paid money to see him. We left in the middle of the show and have no interest in any of his future work. I know he probably doesn't care. We also saw Penn and Teller. Class act! Great show and very good to their fans.
