Never Again, Southwest has finally become the other airlines. I had at one time been a Southwest fan and used them quite often. I had family fly in recently and they decided to stay. I wanted to use the unused portions of the tickets ( Which I paid for ) for myself and was ready to pay a penalty if need be. I was told that will not work with the Southwest policy. So basicly I feel Southwest stole my money and it was too bad Customer. They have lost me and I urge others to look at them carefully.
