**Remind you this is a * "Student College" for "Training". I started to come here 2 years ago at which time they charged $17.50 for what I call a Bleach Re-touch at the roots only. Then the next year I was told they had an increase making it $22.50 which I was fine with, but now today I was told of a new increase to **$38.00. I spent (over 40 years of doing my own bleach re-touches) so I know what it in tales ... (not much) ... A bottle of 30 developer and 1 pkg. of booster. Apply heavy on re-growth area only. Wait about 45 min. to 1 Hr. Max and your done. Wash & Blow Dry. They want to charge more for a straight Bleach (a single process) than a Bleach & Tone ( 2 processes ), which doesn't make any sense. It takes longer time to do two processes than it does the one only. Needless to say, I will either go back to doing it myself again w/Privana, a Product (which takes less time for hair to process, than what's is out there in most of salons today. Or I will start shopping around to get better pricing elsewhere.
