The entire staff is well run and efficient. They have a couple of optical technicians on site. Both were friendly and knowledgeable throughout my eye exams. Appointments are easy to book, and the wait time was relatively quick.
Dr. Michelle Chen is one of the most courteous and professional doctors I have ever met. She will analyze any questions or concerns you may have about your vision and eye care/health and put full effort into resolving them. She is very attentive and puts an emphasis on patient care and satisfaction. If she sees any underlying issues that may become a future problem, she will recommend the best way to remedy/prevent them. I went back for a follow-up several weeks later and she remembered minute details of our conversation with remarkable accuracy. Very impressive and shows that she goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care and interaction. You are doing a great job, doctor. Very admirable; keep up the good work!
