Stay away from Skywater at Town Lake. I moved in the first week this building had its grand opening in back in January of 2014. The new Pinnacle management team are absolutely rude and they will add on cleaning fees and cleaning hours on top of a spotless apartment move out. They will charge you for amenities twice. Just in all a terrible experience with the new management. Every time I would go down to talk to them about issues regarding my bill. They would be-little me and even my Caucasian roommate would call them out for being racist. I never had an experience like this in my life. Also, the apartments were built too quick which meant they cut corners on their whole infrastructure and they charge way more than the last management company did (Greystar) per month. Only reason why I moved here because it looked awesome and their move in deal was great. But please listen, do not move here. There are plenty other properties in the Tempe area that are coming up that are absolutely stunning and worth your hard earned money.
