Okay, so I complained to the Better Business Bureau because I had my "boobs in a wringer." (Sorry, couldn't resist.) Got an immediate phone call from the corporate office of Intimacy, and they said they would refund the charge to my card. They did ask why I didn't call them. Frankly, I didn't think of it. I do think, however, in the future before I pipe off on a national chain, I will try calling their corporate office. I run a small business myself and know how hard it is to keep all your ducks in a row when you put employees in the mix. So, good work, Intimacy corporate!
