Kawa is close enough to give Beano a run for it's money.
I love the espresso here. Love it. It's great for a buzz while you walk down to the train station.
The decor is cool with lots of right angles, metal and wood.
On top of the coffee, there's also some of the best beer selection in the entire city. Rare microbrews you won't find anywhere else at reasonable prices.
In additon to stocking cool beers, there's also a neat selection of vodka.
Coffee shops are social hubs and I like Kawa's coffee and beer selection.
*EDIT: After being contacted by Les J. and assuring me that the staff member I spoke with had the wrong idea regarding the vodka , meaning I can try it!, as well as the actions of the clientele, friends or not, I've decided to change my inital review. Thank you Les for being so pro-active and showing you care about your business.
