So I like Huevos of many styles but had never heard of Huevos Motulenos so I got those on my first visit to eat. I sat at the bar on a Thursday around 11am with no wait. Listening to the mostly Hispanic staff conversing in Spanish gave me comfort that it'd be good and even though I'm not a huge banana/plantain fan this dish was pretty damn tasty. The eggs were nice and runny and the potatoes were perfectly cooked being crunchy on the outside and soft inside. It was a good size and the service was attentive and prompt - a good find downtown that I could easily walk to from my stay at the El Cortez nearby!
