4 Stars. This place is actually not bad! And I say this with amazement because just down the street you'll find Hayden Place- or Slum City. While the neighborhood isn't fantastic, this apartment complex is a pretty good one for college students. When I moved here from Slum City, I thought I was living in the nicest place in the world. My best friend and I acted like it was a damn mansion or something. How sad. And while it's not quite as nice as we thought (keep in mind we'd just moved on up from the ghetto) it's still a fairly cheap, decent place to live. I never had a problem with the maintenance not fixing anything and the pool area was always clean. I never had anything stolen or heard of that happening in our complex, so that's a good sign. Oh and the management would have little contests from time to time, like who could put up the best holiday light display on their patio. If you're looking for something near ASU, check this place out for sure. Although it's not super close, you can walk to ASU in 15-20 minutes or take the free flash bus.
