Bought my brand spanking new 2015 vehicle here in late 2014. Supposed to be an awesome experience right? Review my bank records a few weeks after delivery of my vehicle, turns out Charles in Finance has backdated the loan documents 6 weeks prior to the vehicle being delivered, built, nor even in Canada. I take responsibility for not catching the error on signing, but in what world would you even expect that kind of delinquency? Management did make it right, when they realized they were going to lose many years of service dollars, way in excess of my 3 car payments, which brings me to issue number two. I ask for a quote on what I know to be a half hour job. I've worked in the business. I get back a quote that is the equivalent of 6+ hours at a mechanics rate when this job can be done by the kid in the shop that is making minimum wage??? So you want me to pay $642 for a half an hour job? That's all I needed to know about the ethics of the service team. You've got to be able to trust the people that are servicing the vehicle that keeps you and your family safe. Two strikes you're out. Massive ethical and moral fail, in service and in sales. And consequently, Chrysler Canada does not monitor their Dealers nor care about these types of issues, even when you spend $50K+.
