Orlando is a miracle worker! We adopted a small Chihuahua mix from the pound...she seemed sweet as can be in the kennel but turned into a monster the day after we brought her home. She barked like a maniac, was petrified of anyone coming into the home and we could not get her to calm down. If and when she did stop barking she would bark again if someone left the room and came back on...seemingly developing amnesia that the person had already been there. We took her to the vet and the vet recommended returning her to the pound based on the behavior she witnessed in the vet's office. We had another trainer come over before Orlando that basically told us that it would be nearly impossible to train her and that it would never be possible to make her easy to live with. Luckily,whew heard about Orlando shortly after and calling him was the best decision ever. We ended up electing to do 2 weeks of boarding+training with him???we were so impressed with the progress she'd made in the last few days before she was supposed to come and decided to have her stay with him for an additional week. Orlando did not try to sell us on the additional week, he even said that he thought we would be able to continue the training on our own. After she came back home from her 3 week stay, we had a handful of sessions with Orlando to fine tune our way of "communicating" with our dog so that we could continue to train her. The results Orlando achieved were so far beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier. It has now been 2 years since he trained her and friends are still commenting on how great she is. He is well worth the money!
