It's weird reading these reviews when my experience was enjoyable. The only thing I didn't like about coming to rent a car from here was that I was in a long line at the counter. Surprisingly though it went pretty fast. I had about 30 people in front of me and It only took about 25 minutes to speak with the someone at the front desk.
I was asked about prepaid fuel and insurance when I declined that was it no problems no hassle. When I went downstairs to get my car there was not one person in line, the gentleman told me to follow him. I rented the smallest car they have and he told me to pick a larger car, he said I would be happier with it. So not only was there no hassle downstairs but I got a free upgrade.
All in all this place is great and I would def. Recommend dollar to anyone that wants a good deal and a friendly experience.
