Saw this coupon in the mail with others and I'm always leery about coupons. Had to get some duct work cleaned and checked the company out at the BBB. Had an A- rating and was accredited.
The guy came out on time, to clean the ducts, which I knew were filthy and he was pretty thorough. He spotted some mold and I had him clean all that up by sterilization the ducts.
They offered to clean the rugs in three rooms, so I had them reschedule the time for a Friday which was four days away. Well, on Friday, they called and said that they couldn't do it because a worker called in sick. Unacceptable. I had renters moving in on Saturday. They said that they would see if they could get some in. Yes, at 1:30. I went to the property and waited and waited...called them up and they said the driver couldn't find the building. He had driven around for 45 minutes...I don't think so, I told them that it was the same address the air duct cleaner came out to. They apologized. NOT GOOD ENOUGH...I finally found a rug cleaner who would come out on such a short notice....so forget about the free rug cleaning.
The moral of this story is to get both done on the same day.
