This coffeeshop is one of those local businesses you can't help but love. I haven't spent as much time here as I'd like to, but whenever I do, I enjoy my visit. The coffeeshop is at the back of a salon and a barbershop. It's confusing, however it makes for some fantastic people watching if you're at the seat by the window. Service: I've never had a bad experience here. You get a smile, good conversation, and sometimes a dad joke. I'm particularly fond of those. Drinks: Coffee is good - I think they use Cartel. My absolute favourite though? Their iced extra ginger iced chai. I've had it hot, and I've had it cold. I prefer the cold version. There was so much flavour in that cup, it's been my go-to drink ever since. Bathroom: A single user bathroom - it's kind of creepy, but it's... unique. Parking: if you park at the rear, you can be super stealth and come through the back entrance. There's more parking back there anyways. This place is located in a strip mall - one of the few that has more local businesses than chains. The strip mall itself has definitely been improving in terms of the amount of outdoor space available for patrons. Since it's Summer break, I haven't had a need to sit down at a coffeeshop. Come the fall though, you'll know where I'll be.
