Love love love this location, and all the jewelry my fiancé and I have purchased from them! Last august we went in and bought my engagement ring. I looked at every jewelry store in the mall and just wasn't impressed, and everyone seemed so pushy. Less focused on what I wanted, more focused on checking my credit. The staff at Helzberg's, particularly Charley and Kristen, were so sweet and really listened to what I wanted. We decided to just get the diamond in a simple setting first, I couldn't find any settings I truly loved, and we waited on the setting. After 6 months, I came back and they helped me customize the perfect engagement ring that had everything I wanted, we ordered it today! Love this staff and love their jewelry!
