I have always had a good experience with this company. The clothes are always done as requested. Prices are moderate and inline with most other cleaners. In any business, things sometimes don't go as planned. That is just life. However, the companies that value good customer service will always do what is reasonable to make things right. Ashley Duran helped with an issue and her customer service is exceptional. It is because of employees like Ashley that I have been and will continue to use Delia's as the company of choice for cleaners. Well done Ashley and Delia's. :-)
