The great Charlotte taco hunt continues, this time we landed at Paco' Tacos with high expectations. Cool place, insanely popular, plan on waiting a bit (we went and poked around some nearby shops for a few).
When I time came we were promptly seated and delivered chips and salsa, which were delicious. Definitely dig that salsa!
We ordered 4 different tacos, ground beef, pork, chicken, and steak. The chicken was tasty, the pork with pineapple salsa was awesome, the steak was dry and chewy, and the ground beef tasted like dry beef jerky.
I could eat tons of the Mexican rice, that and he salsa were my favorite parts of the meal.
Honorable mention for the fresh made tortillas, the flour tortilla was especially tasty!
A little bummed overall, we were hoping the tacos were going to be bangin' but they left us wanting to look elsewhere to fill that gaping taco shaped hole in our hearts.
