Every time we stay at the Cosmo, we come down to the Boulevard Pool for usually a couple of hours, if not the whole day. The first time we hit the pool, they allowed us to get a day-bed for a measly $150 minimum food/drink spend (we ended up spending $300). Lots of pretty people, a decent food and drink menu and one of the few pools on the actual strip. They have TV's, pool tables, and foosball tables. There are cabanas too but I don't think they are worth the spend personally...
