While I really like the service staff They did not fix the problem that I initially brought the vehicle in for. My Equinox which only had 38k miles was starting sluggish was the real reason I brought it in. After charging me a fee 77 bucks to run a diagnostics test they fixed some carbon filter which cost an additional 200 bucks plus 200 labor. I get home and the car still starts sluggish. I suspected the battery was the problem as the Arizona heat kills those things. I took the Equinox to ORILEY Auto Parts and they checked the battery, sure enough this was the problem. I had the battery replaced and this fixed my problem. Car runs great. It kind of bugs me that they did not check the battery as that would have been the first thing I checked given the heat.
