This is an incredible store! I was trying to locate a game that was in heavy demand and sold out everywhere on-line. Copies were being sold on-line for over 3 times its retail price. Critical Hit Games had one copy left and sold it to me for their regular price minus their holiday discount. When I pointed out that this was in high demand and selling for much more than that, they told me that Critical Hit Games decided on a policy when they first opened the store: Even when an item is in heavy demand and could sell for much more, they will sell items for their excellent price (or at a discount). They simply refuse to take advantage of their customers! That's what I call an excellent store and excellent service!
