Although I stated I would never allow a client to choose a hotel again for me- I made the stupid mistake of trusting one again- and was booked into this awful hotel.
Stay away. Not only did I not feel safe here- the rooms were dirty, poorly kept, dirty linens (pulled back the sheets and there were long AND short hair in the beds. I required the beds be completely stripped before I would stay- and the house man who did it REFUSED to allow me to watch him do it.
We were in the back section and the entrance was awful.
Air conditioning did not work in my room half the time. We had the maintenance guy come in 5 times. He is useless. Basically knows how to push buttons and say "I don't know what's wrong".
The woman at the front desk was very nice- I felt bad she works here.
Pet friendly- but so are my other hotels. Just ruined what should have been a fun trip by staying here.
