Working with Charlie to try to fix the issue with AutoNation, can't get back the miserable vacation days in a hot car, can't make the AC freeze up in Phoenix. Let it run for maybe 3 hours on high. Just going to try to start over and purchase the Truck we wanted all along and move on. Got truck back, they could not find problems, they had it for a week, AC froze up again and stopped working after driving 25 miles, took pictures of frozen hose on AC, called and setup appointment and emailed pictures of frozen hose, this is Monday set appointment to drop truck off on Saturday and get another rental, show up on Saturday no rental available, ask service guy what are we supposed to do, he don't know but he basically said it's my problem. Okay call different dealership and set appointments for next week. The shop managers at AutoNation don't seem to know how to manage or don't care to do the job, from a customers point of view they seem to be more interested in keeping the employees happy than the customer.
