Excellent customer service! Staff kept me informed of their progress as they worked on my vehicle and updated me with time estimates of how long things would take. They explained things well and gave honest advise. They did not try to up-sell me while explaining my options and answered all my questions. They needed to order a special part for me and actually drove to go pick up the part down the road to minimize my wait time. They double checked everything before I left to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
