I feel upset giving Adorn such a poor review. Their stock is incredible; I work in the area, so this is a stop my colleagues and I enjoy browsing. Everything in their store is stunning, and they also feature local artists and brands that you can't purchase anywhere else in town.
My complaint about this store however is that each time I am in there, the staff is very stand-off, and quite cold. I have never been in this store and received friendly service.
Perhaps if I received better service, I would feel more comfortable spending the higher prices on their items. Unfortunately at this time, I am neither inclined to purchase, or even browse anymore, as I don't feel like a welcome customer.
