Unfortunately this is the best option that I have. I have several complaints with few compliments. I've had better experience with other Creative Kids in the city.
cons
-Teachers clearly do not want to work here and are not fully engaged with my daughter as well as happy to see her in the morning.
-When I ask how she's doing I get a "Good" and that is all, with no further updates unless I ask.
-When I pick up, I have gotten complete silence from the teacher that didn't even recognize me when I walked in to pick up my child.
-Scheduling is near impossible and have never been able to do a drop off. Am only allowed a limited number of vacation days, even though I pay upfront. In addition, I must pay for for the days she is scheduled and becomes sick.
- Unprofessional staff in office.
-They no longer have a structured curriculum and is more of a daycare.
-Have had 2 issues where she came home with excessive scratches, only one on which they could account for.
pros
- A couple of nice teachers.
-Clean.
-Daughter enjoys going to play.
