I have been to this location multiple times, most recently today. I got there around 5 pm - they were quite busy. I have never had an issue with the exterior wash or drying, but it is a rare visit where I don't have to ask them to revisit the interior. Today, I noticed immediately there were still pine needles on the driver's side floorboard and that the car mat remained detached. I got in after this was corrected, and then noticed the cup holders had not been cleaned - there were both crumbs and a sticky substance in the bottom. The guy working on my car apologized again profusely (the staff here is always very nice) and cleaned that too. After I left the car wash, I noticed there was still dust/debris on the instrument panel/dashboard. I had Swiffer cloths at home, so just kept going. Wash purchased: Super polyprocess ($30). Time spent: 22 minutes until I was notified the vehicle was ready the first time; no more than another 5 minutes to have other issues addressed. Restroom/facility: clean.
