Simple concept - grilled or fried chicken bowls. Ordered a Hawaiian Hen House - grilled chicken with a Polynesian sauce and over-easy egg, a Red Dragon - crispy, fried chicken coated in their Asian-Q and sriracha sauces, and a side of mac salad. The Hawaiian Hen House had a sweet, slightly creamy ginger-based teriyaki sauce on it. Egg was cooked perfectly. The Red Dragon chicken was still juicy but the sauces could have been a little spicier for my liking. Kinda tasted like a dynamite sauce. Each bowl comes with a choice of white or brown rice and the rice to chicken ratio is just right. The mac salad was pretty boring - was expecting a Hawaiian kind of mac salad but it tasted more like the kind of mac salad you get at Albertsons. There are other add-on items offered, like steamed veggies. They'll also let you try the sauces before ordering, if you'd like. They have a pretty decent sized menu so I'll be going back to try some of the other bowls.
