Many of these comments are so out of character for what I have seen of PRO EM! I have witnessed their services all over the Arizona valley especially recently at the Waste Management PGA Phx Open where they co-sponsored a baby shower for American soldiers wives and families. I also saw them in action at many MLB Spring Training games and at the Diamondbacks block party. I even went to the Aloha Festival and saw them there! PRO EM is obviously the rental company to call for big events. The security staff, ushers and parking attendants were always helpful and gave service with a smile.
