Customer Service lacks here.. but they are friendly or at least try to be. I went in and not one person offered to help. I had to chase down an employee who told me she would help then went off to help someone else ... maybe my skin color wasn't good enough... anyway was finally helped when I got in line with a boot that I wanted. Bought black boots for only 120$ and got 20$ off. Was happy about that. Great place for boots! Customer service could use some reinforcement.
