Called ASAP Plumbing/AC in Chandler last evening (Fri) and they returned my call in about an hour. Very friendly on the phone, super respectful and ready to work!
Spoke with Jason who came out on Sat. morning, took pictures and chatted with his office discussing the problem. We settled on a total price that could be reduced he said if the parts were found to be cheaper. He said he will fix this ASAP :) and gave me his card with the total estimate written down on it.
I found Jason to be a very respectful young man, makes good eye contact and lots of proper etiquette. I would wish my sons could project a similar reassuring image.
He left in search of the proper parts needed and would contact me shortly. It took 2 days but it was repaired in less than an hour and at our agreed price which was 1/4 of an email quote I received from another company! Nice people, good work, more than fair price, I have found my plumbers for the next many years!
