Concession needs more employee or if they have enough, idk why there are only 2 registers open and the lines were ridiculously long!!!! The manager and another employee was just wandering around the counter like wtf! Open a register maam! Spent 20mins on the line! Some people were getting annoyed because their movie is about to start and they're still on the line. Ugh!!!! Staff are rude! They take ur order without a smile and with an attitude! Maybe if they have been friendly, id let the waiting time slip, but no. So fck it! Never again here!
