Not the best but definitely not the worst. These apartments are in a very great area. I love the Arcadia district! To me, location was key. The price was right with utilities included, How could I pass this up! They do have an elevator which is more of a novelty than anything. I never used it because it always smelled and I was so scared that I'd get stuck in it! But hey....it was an elevator! Parking was assigned but there was always someone in my parking space! RUDE! Washer and Dryer on sight and you could reload your card in the front office which was really convenient. I didn't have any trouble with neighbors or noise. The pool area was always clean. People did NOT pick up after their pets which I found annoying but that happens everywhere. The building is a little older and with a lot of older buildings there is a specific moldy smell that comes with it. I don't know what it is but I noticed it immediately. I figured once I moved in, cleaned and put some air wicks in the outlets the smell would go away....uhhh negative. My guests never noticed but I always did.
