Had some issues with the the service dept at A2Z however after communicating with the owner Glen everything was worked out to our satisfaction. I would suggest speaking to Glen if you are having any issues as he will make sure you're happy. Because of the initial problems I think an A-OK rating of 3 stars is fair. If future trips back are positive I will make sure to up the rating.
Just my own personal opinion about the scooters. Besides a Honda or Yamaha just about everything else on the market is Chinese. This goes for this shop or any other shop selling scooters. Just make sure to follow the maintenance schedule and don't abuse the equipment. If you follow these suggestions your scooter should be reliable and trouble free. This same advice goes for tools, automobiles, etc. There is a reason why a Honda Rukus is $3,000 dollars and the Chinese equivalent MAD DOG is around $1,500 dollars, however at the end of the day maintenance is KEY with either!!!
