i havve been a customer since the opening 14 years ago and a member of their 837 club. i made a res. a week in advance for a quiet table. we were seated at the loudest table right by the door the waiters go in and out of the kitchen . i was told a booth was not avaliable , but 2 opened up within in 10 minutes but no offer to move us. i complained later to the asst. mgr . and was told we were seated their because we requested a particular waiter that was not so. customr service 101 would say something should be free on a bill over $450 but nothing was. that was our last trip to the charlotte palm.
