If I could give this zero stars I would. The office was HORRENDOUSLY rude to my elderly grandmother. She was a new patient and not only did they refuse to contact her insurance to update it with the new doctors info, but then told her they wouldn't be taking her as a patient THE DAY she came in for her appointment because she couldn't come in for an earlier appointment they offered her (she was busy visiting her dying friend in the hospital). They told her she was "unreliable". It's appalling. She didn't even get an opportunity to meet the doctor. I'm so angry to hear that any health care professional would treat someone this way, or let their staff do so. Just awful. UPDATE: I was informed by the doctor herself that my information was incorrect, which I would apologize to her for but am unable to at this time. Apparently, my grandmother (in the early stages of dementia) misunderstood what the office told her, and that she missed her appointment. I had emailed Dr. Jhaver personally to let her know what had happened and explained to her that the office was very rude to my grandmother. She responded by threatening to sue me if I contacted her or wrote things about her again. I'll up this to 3 stars just so her average isn't too badly affected, but I wanted to update this to clarify I was wrong, but the way it was handled still tells me this isn't a good place to be. Just being honest.
