Absolutely amazing staff, quiet beautiful apartment homes! The manager Frances is very kind amazing to all of her occupants and is always there if needed. Jodi is absolutely amazing, funny , sweet and very caring. The maintenance staff is always on top of it. Never had to wait more than a day for the minor fixes. BBQ area is always clean and ready for use. Pool is beautiful and has cool unicorn floties! Haha. Overall one of the best properties in Las Vegas! I have lived in a lot of places , but this one is somewhere I didn't mind signing and extra long lease. They offer short term and long term leases, and am glad I signed a 15 month lease! Thank you Martin staff for always being there for your tenants!!
