I found the car I was looking for online and got really interested. Initially I sent them an email and got an answer on the same evening (after 9pm)! Then I decided to come over to the dealership the next day to see and test drive the vehicle.
I already knew the place (as I do all my oil changes there and they are always quick & efficient, despite the occasional attempts at over-selling) - still I was really impressed by how responsive the sales team was (and my salesman particularly, Rob).
Came back the next morning, closed the deal on-the-spot (got what I wanted for my trade-in) and drove off in no-time!
