So, we go to Cafe Rio fairly regularly but tonight has finally put the nail in the coffin. We ordered online and although the order was finished on time, it was a mess! We ordered a chicken burrito that was SLOP! The tortilla was so soggy, it was disgusting! Then, I ordered and paid for 2 sides of guacamole and received only one. Also, ordered a side of sour cream, didn't get that either!! Oh and the two Fresca's I ordered didn't come in the bag. If people would read the ticket, things like this wouldn't happen. It was simple and in black and white. Just read it!! To top it off, my daughter picked it up and was treated very rudely. She's younger and wasn't even handed the drink we bought. This was a complete waste of my money and time!
