Came here to pick up a budget rental truck with a friend. The regular workers were very kind, but there were a couple guys that were acting like managers who were total &$@# (choose your choice expletive). We waited for 40 minutes to be helped, and there was only one other person ahead of us, while the two managers just sat around and talked.
When we asked how long it would take to get helped, they just looked at us and told us that they'd get to us when it was our turn in line (no kidding).
Trucks were fine. Place could just use a new manager (if those guys are the ones in charge) and could work on speeding up their process. Waaaay too long.
