Unfortunately there is no option for 0 starts. Here's my story: Disappointed to say that I've has the hardest time with this company. After no response to my property manager I tried to get in touch via email and phone. Unresolved issues and no communication dates back to June of 2015. Suddenly, my property manager received a large bill and still cannot get in touch with anyone. I started calling every day to reach someone and finally connected with Michelle today. After being interrupted and yelled at, I finally got Michelle to contact my Property Manager. I do not recommend this company for anyone, moving forward I will make sure any rental is not associated with this company.
