Unprofessional! Doesn't even deserve one star. This business should be shit down! First off, the guy took an hour to show up when he estimated on the phone it would be about 20 minutes. He conducted business completely unprofessionally, no uniform, no business cards, not even receipts! He was a scam artist described at best! He charged $200 to open my car, something a tow service would have charged $80. He took advantage of me and intimidated me to pay this price. He pulled my credit card straight out of my hand!!! I didn't receive a receipt or anything, he had his car blocking mine until the transaction cleared then he sped away. The most shady, unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. I suggest to anyone in my situation, to just call a tow truck
