I'm finally changing pharmacies even though they're so close by. The people there are poorly trained and often ill informed which is more than frustrating when dealing with medications. This wasn't always the case and the worst you got were long wait times and a grumpy pharmacist who seemed to work too many hours and resented you being there. The Northport Dr. location has serious personnel issues and the last few times I was there they: couldn't find my Rx even though I was notified it was ready and only found it with the help of another Walgreen's, gave me the wrong inhaler information and today made me wait over an hour for a prescription I never got because during that time they raised the price three times. The bottom line is you're lucky if you get your prescription at all and if you do, make sure it's the right one and check the price. They consistently don't have prescriptions ready when they say they will, have run out of medication and are having trouble getting knowledgeable people to work there. I can't trust them and this Walgreen's fail is the last thing you need when you're sick.
