This is an EXCELLENT medical facility. I have never used the Urgent Care but have been to Dr. Kleven many times. He always listens attentively to your situation and never tries to hurry you. He asks questions to ascertain properly the problem(s) so as to make a proper diagnosis for your help and health.
Also, the front and back office staff in the Surprise, AZ, office are excellent. Ana, Sylvia and Alexandria are SUPER. They are both courteous and efficient and always willing to help.
