I visited this Great Clips during a $7.99 sale and received the normal quick cut with adequate results. I paid with a credit card and wrote down a total on the receipt of $11.00 but when my bill arrived I had been charged $12.00....a 50% tip! I returned to the store but each time was told the manager was not on duty so I called the comments phone number on the bottom of the receipt. I talked to a nice lady who said she would refund my entire purchase and have the staff re-trained on using the credit card machine. A couple of months passed without a refund, so I called the number again and left a voice mail which was not returned. It has been over 6 months since my visit and still no refund. Great Clips has lost a customer.
