We decided to give another try at this same place after a year or so and thought that they might change. We checked in and waited by the door inside and sure enough they would messed up the waiting list and keep calling other customers that arrived after us. We had to walk away again. DO NOT go to this place. They hired incompetent hostesses for the check-in and caused frustration. Not sure if Outback Steakhouse corporate is even care about it or not.
